Description
We were approached by our clients who had recently purchased this period town house in Kensington and wished to extend and remodel their property.
As is typical in the area, our proposal included an additional subterranean storey under the existing house and garden, with lightwells and rooflights bringing natural light down into this new basement area. The interior was completely remodelled and rear extensions were added to the ground and lower ground floors, connecting the new living spaces to the large garden.
