Description
This Early Victorian terraced house had previously been subdivided into six flats laid out over four floors. Planning permission was granted for the addition of a basement and a top floor mansard, as well as adjustment to the lower ground floor level. Internally, the building was fully remodelled with a new staircase providing an optimum layout with new joinery, fireplaces and all electrics and plumbing. Externally, the garden level was lowered to provide seamless access from the lower ground floor.
